Kelyan, a company of the Franco Bernabč Group, designs and creates integrated information solutions for the extended enterprise. Founded in 1999, Kelyan quickly grew due to mergers with already affirmed IT companies who participated in the Bernabč Group project to create an Italian player able to furnish solutions integrating knowledge of business procedures, solid technological competence and experience in the national industrial market and its structure. Today, 200 employees are working in Kelyan in Italy, in 4 different locations: Modena, Torino, Milano, Perugia. The amount of Kelyan revenues in 2004 was 18 MEuro.

Services offered by Kelyan include the development of ERP applications, the design and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions, as well as the creation of Networking and Security architectures. The company also provides e-Business solutions; it plans and implements Enterprise Information Portals to manage Corporate Applications and it operates in the Enterprise Application Integration, i.e. the integration of management applications with the company’s legacy systems. Furthermore, Kelyan has a competence centre, which has operated for years in the information management field and e-Business, resulting in a stratified experience in time, in projects of Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence, Document and Content Management.

Kelyan strategy and leadership in the e-business is realised with strong partnership with other European software company like Tacton (Sweden), Intershop (Germany) and with a strong know-how of the business model of the customer, typically SMEs like Interpump Group, Polini Motors, Synudine, AmcoVeba, Coop Bilanciai, OTO MILLS, and also big companies like SONY, Del Monte Foods, Pininfarina, Enel, VM Motori, Tiscali.
